Pistachio Iced Latte

Ok soooooo, thought I would share the good food and drinks too - Why wouldn’t I?

With Day 1 - 4 of the Celebrity Cruise blog post coming out in the next day or two I figured I would just drop this little beauty in…… that we found on said cruise!

This maybe a little cheat way of making it, but it is tasty, quick and easy. I know some people may say it needs to be brewed with a stovetop or maybe an expresso machine or possibly even a percolator but we were so desperate to try it we simple made it with Azura Americano coffee.

Here we go! give it a try and let me know your thoughts.

You need:

Method - This is the method and measurements I used to make ours.

Mix 1 x teaspoon of Azera coffee mixed with 130ml of hot water, fill your chosen glass with 150g of large cubed ice and pour in 130ml of your chosen milk.

Add 2 x tablespoons 30ml of Pistachio Syrup and stir, then pour over the coffee once cooled (I pour in to the ice hot and it cools instantly and I then stir it with the coffee in)

Simple enjoy you Iced Pistachio Latte for 180cal (with whole milk) 148cal (with Alpro Creamy Oatmilk)
