Scrambled Eggs with Serrano Ham - Low Calories!
WOW so what a start to the day, today we started the day with a trip to the gym and cycled around 15km which was such a refreshing way to get going.
We then headed up to Celeste’s mum and dads for a quick coffee and to check something for them on the house, with that done and two rubbling stomachs it was time to consider what delight with low calories we could indulge in and still feel treated.
The good news was - we found that satisfaction and calorie balance, so here below is the ingredients, calorie breakdown and method for you.
Method -
Mix 3 eggs and 100ml of whole milk in a bowl add salt and pepper to your taste.
Heat up non stick pan and when heated add your egg mix into the pan and keep stirring, while this is underway (I cooked mine on 6) put 2 slices of your sourdough into the toaster (no butter for me!)
When the toast is done spread over between the two slices 75g of avocado put your slice and half of Serrano ham on the side of the plate.
Finish off stirring the scrambled egg and spoon across the two slice and there you have it.
Simple and delicious for 637 Calories - which is perfect for a weekend treat!! I always was mine down with a nice black Azera coffee. I know this would be even better with a pistachio iced latte click here for the recipe and method.
